NEWSLETTER MARCH 2013

As we head towards spring and summer, I have to say a huge thank you - many of our Active breaks are already fully booked! I do appreciate that my regulars come back year after year and as always I will try my best to make the holidays as enjoyable as last year – what a great year it was, so much fun and plenty of laughter. Let’s all hope the weather will be a bit kinder to us this year –it does make a difference to the holiday, although I have to say the rain or wind didn’t stop us last year from having a superb time.

Already I have taken a group to Butlins (and I’m back there again next weekend), had our annual pool/snooker competition in France and been ski-ing in Spain! All of which have gone extremely well with everybody telling me what a good time they have had. The ski-ing was a new holiday this year, we actually went to Sierra Nevada (a change from the original brochure plan) but one which worked very well indeed – so much so it will be there for next year if any of you are interested. We flew to Malaga – had a day on the coast and then made our way to the slopes by road and stayed in a beautiful hotel right in the centre of all the action! Enjoyed 3 days ski-ing then back to the coast for a bit of sunshine before flying home. What a fantastic combination.

I am pleased to say I shall have many of the same staff working with me in 2013, maybe one or two new faces, but if you are a returner there is every chance you will know at least one of us! We know that is something you do enjoy.

On the subject of returners, don’t forget we have a loyalty programme that you can all take part in. Just request a Holiday Album from the office and you will receive a stamp for each holiday you go on! After 5 holidays you will be entitled to a 5% discount and after 10 holidays a 10% discount. Full details available from the office.
